We invite two physicians interested in practicing family and emergency medicine to join the Golden Medical Clinic and Golden and District Hospital, a close-knit, multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care. We understand the importance of work-life balance and have designed an accommodating, flexible schedule.Typical scheduleFamily Practice: 2-3 clinic days per weekEmergency Medicine: 1-2 emergency shifts per week, with an additional two shifts over one weekend per month (12-hour shifts)Optional Obstetrics: Available for those interested in incorporating obstetrics into their practiceRemuneration and Professional DevelopmentFamily Practice: Paid through the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model.Emergency Shifts: Compensated under the new Alternative Payments Subsidiary Agreement (APSA) contract.CME Support: We offer support for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and professional development within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Start Date: Immediate availabilityShort-Term Locum Period: To ensure the opportunity is the right fit for both you and our team, a short-term locum period is required prior to offering long-term recruitment benefits.
