Lead commercial construction operations in Saint John, New Brunswick, applying project management expertise and strong safety, quality, and communication skills. Cahill Maritimes seeks an Operations Manager for its commercial and industrial construction projects. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will manage division operations, project teams, budgets, deadlines, and client relationships. Your work supports safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery throughout New Brunswick. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily division operations and project management team capacity Oversee project safety, quality, commercial, and technical requirements Manage income statements, billings, receivables, and monthly reporting Support estimates, bids, risk management, and project pursuits Maintain change orders, RFIs, registers, and project dashboards Requirements:

Five or more years managing commercial construction projects Progressively increasing supervisory responsibility and autonomy Ability to meet budgets and deadlines while maintaining safety Strong time management, multitasking, writing, and communication skills Unionized trades, PMP certification, or Jonas software experience valued Apply construction operations leadership, project oversight, and client communication skills with Cahill Maritimes in Saint John.
