Key Responsibilities: • Supervise a team of automation technicians and engineers • Oversee design and optimization of PLC and robotics systems • Lead root-cause analysis for automation-related issues • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects • Develop and maintain essential automation documentation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • 5+ years in industrial automation; 2+ years in a supervisory role • Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial networking • Experience troubleshooting various automation systems • Strong leadership and communication skills
