Strengthen how we attract and assess talent through proactive sourcing, talent pipelines, employment branding, skills-based hiring and effective assessment practices across professional, specialized and early-career talent. Use data and talent intelligence to drive decisions, translating recruitment metrics, market trends and external talent insights into meaningful recommendations for business leaders. Deliver an exceptional hiring experience, continuously improving how candidates and hiring managers experience the recruitment process while maintaining high standards for quality and service. Oversee Talent Acquisition operations and governance, ensuring our technology, processes, policies and practices are effective, compliant and positioned to support the organization’s evolving needs.
