Le réseau d’assurance IDC Worldsource Inc. est un agent général de gestion (AGG) en services financiers ayant un objectif unique : être le principal AGG pour tous les conseillers indépendants au Canada. RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Gestion et distribution de la correspondance reçue par courrier;
  • Vérification de l’entrée de données dans Wealthserv Assurance;
  • Répondre aux demandes des cabinets pour toutes demandes concernant les nouvelles affaires et/ou police en vigueur;
  • Distribution des courriels de suivis aux cabinets;
  • Aide à l’entrée de données des nouvelles demandes d’assurance;
  • Gestion des dossiers rejetés par flux dans Wealthserv Assurance;
  • Création des clients, des propositions d’assurances et commande d’exigences médicales (s’il y a lieu);
  • Effectuer le suivi des communications entre les assureurs et les conseillers;
  • Traitement de différents documents (propositions, polices, livraison, etc.);
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.


COMPÉTENCES:

  • Aptitudes interpersonnelles, facilité à la communication orale et écrite
  • Être capable de gérer un flux de travail important et établir des priorités
  • Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance de personnes et des services financiers (un atout)
  • Connaissance du logiciel Wealthserv (un atout)
  • Bilinguisme (afin de desservir les conseillers/cabinets hors Québec)
  • Travail d’équipe

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and distribution of correspondence received by mail;
  • Verification of data entry in Wealthserv Assurance;
  • Respond to requests from firms for all inquiries regarding new business and/or policies in force;
  • Distribution of follow-up emails to firms;
  • Assists with data entry of new insurance applications;
  • Management of rejected files by flow in Wealthserv Assurance;
  • Creation of clients, insurance applications and ordering of medical requirements (if applicable);
  • Follow up on communications between insurers and advisors;
  • Processing of various documents (applications, policies, delivery, etc.);
  • Any other related tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to manage a large workflow and set priorities
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of life and health insurance and financial services (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Wealthserv software (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (to serve advisors/firms outside Quebec)
  • Teamwork
