Roles And Responsibilities:


ob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Settlement Clerk to provide independent decision-making regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of complex administrative support. The ideal candidate will coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or staff functions, supporting the transition from a Legacy system to SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures to perform administrative tasks.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues with minimal supervision.
  • Escalate only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Provide general administrative support such as reporting, filing, and communication management.
  • Support the transition from a Legacy system to SAP by updating records and ensuring compliance with new processes.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure smooth integration of SAP.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative experience with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience working in a transitioning environment from Legacy systems to modern ERP solutions like SAP.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills.
