Reports To: Founder Location: On-site in Montreal Role Overview We need a financial leader who can bring order to the chaos of rapid growth while keeping pace with our ambitious expansion. As our Financial Controller, you'll build the financial infrastructure that takes us from 675 units to 5000+ units. You're not just keeping books—you're creating scalable systems, leading an accounting team, and providing insights that fuel strategic decisions. Fast-track to CFO: As we hit 2000+ units (18-24 months), this role naturally evolves to CFO of a $10M+ service company. You'll get 5+ years of experience in 18 months.
