This role requires significant expertise with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, alongside over 5 years in IT. You will have at least 2 years of Level 3 Production Management experience, particularly with Java-based applications and cloud environments. Collaborating with Software Developers and Infrastructure teams will be critical for enhancing system performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Sustain stability and resilience of Settlements flow • Support end-users while managing system performance • Address complex technical challenges with domain expertise • Act as a liaison between support and development teams • Implement observability and telemetry solutions for applications
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years in the IT industry • Minimum 2 years in Level 3 Production Management • Experience with Azure Cloud applications • Proficient in Python and Java programming
