Ce rôle est essentiel pour synchroniser la production, les matériaux, la capacité et la logistique afin de garantir une transition fluide et efficace.Responsabilités principalesPlanification maîtresse & gestion de programmeDévelopper, maintenir et communiquer le calendrier maître du programme pour tous les jalons liés au transfert.Suivre la progression, identifier les risques et mettre en place des plans d’atténuation pour maintenir l’intégrité du calendrier.Stratégie matérielle & gestion des inventairesPlanifier et optimiser les niveaux d’inventaire pour soutenir la production du site actuel et la montée en puissance du nouveau site.Définir les stratégies de coupure matière, incluant les besoins en stocks tampons et en stocks de sécurité.Coordonner avec les Achats afin d’assurer la disponibilité des composants achetés.Planification de capacité & ressourcesÉvaluer et planifier la capacité, la charge et les besoins en ressources pour les deux installations.Collaborer étroitement avec les Opérations pour valider la disponibilité des équipements, les besoins en main-d’œuvre et le séquencement de production.Alignement avec l’ingénierie & la configurationHarmoniser la planification avec les modifications d’ingénierie, les ECO, la disponibilité des outillages et les mises à jour de configuration.Veiller à intégrer les modifications de conception dans le calendrier sans perturber la production.Supervision logistique & entrepôtDiriger et soutenir l’équipe Logistique & Entrepôt afin d’assurer l’alignement avec le plan de transition des matériaux.Coordonner les déplacements de matériel, la préparation des entrepôts et les besoins d’entreposage entre les sites.Collaboration interfonctionnelleTravailler en partenariat avec les Opérations, l’Ingénierie, les Achats, la Qualité et la Gestion de programme pour établir un plan de transition intégré.Communiquer clairement les mises à jour de calendrier, les risques et les décisions critiques aux parties prenantes et à la direction.CompétencesBaccalauréat en chaîne d’approvisionnement, opérations, génie ou domaine connexe.Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en planification maîtresse, planification de production ou gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (aérospatiale un atout).Solide compréhension des systèmes ERP/MRP et des outils de planification avancée.Expérience dans des transitions multi-sites ou des transferts de production complexes (un atout).Excellentes compétences analytiques avec capacité de modéliser des scénarios et recommander des solutions.Fortes aptitudes en leadership, communication et collaboration.Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en constante évolution, avec des délais serrés.Ce que nous offronsCouverture santé & dentaire 100 % payée par l’employeurRégime de REER 5 journées personnelles en plus des vacancesStationnement gratuit sur place************************************************************************************************Job Title: Master PlannerJob Status: Full-time, PermanentLocation: 9900 Boul Cavendish, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M 2V2About DARTDART Aerospace provides industry-leading design, manufacturing, and certified solutions for the helicopter and aerospace industry. With extensive engineering capabilities and global manufacturing centers of excellence, DART delivers fast time-to-market solutions and exceptional customer support in more than 120 countries.About the jobThe Master Planner is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end transfer master schedule, material strategy, and inventory transition plan to ensure uninterrupted production during site transfer activities. This role plays a critical part in synchronizing production, materials, capacity, and logistics to support a smooth and efficient transition.Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Scheduling & Program ManagementDevelop, maintain, and communicate the program master schedule for all transfer-related milestones.Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain schedule integrity.Material & Inventory StrategyPlan and optimize inventory levels to support build-out at the existing site and ramp-up at the new location.Define material cut-over strategies, including buffer and safety stock requirements to ensure production continuity.Coordinate with Procurement to ensure on-time availability of purchased components.Capacity & Resource PlanningAssess and plan capacity, load, and resource requirements across both facilities.Work closely with Operations to validate equipment readiness, manpower needs, and production sequencing.Engineering & Configuration AlignmentAlign planning with engineering changes, ECO cut-ins, tooling readiness, and configuration updates.Ensure design modifications are integrated into the schedule without disrupting output.Logistics & Warehouse OversightLead and support the Logistics & Warehouse team to ensure alignment with the material transition plan.Coordinate material movement, warehouse readiness, and storage requirements across sites.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management to drive an integrated transition plan.Provide clear communication of schedule updates, risks, and critical decisions to stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning, or supply chain management (aerospace preferred).Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.Experience managing multi-site transitions or complex production moves (an asset).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios and recommend solutions.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines.What We Offer100% health & dental coverage by employerRRSP matching5 personal days in addition to vacationParking on-site
