  • You are proficient in eye care and eye examination.
  • You are beginner in administrative assistance, appointment management, billing, and office administration.
  • English - Fully fluent.


Responsibilities and more:

We are expanding our excellent team of eye care professionals in our state-of-the-art clinic, and WE WANT YOU TO JOIN US We are looking for a positive, detail-oriented, proactive candidate to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and assist them in completing initial paperwork.
  • Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for optometric exams.
  • Perform preliminary screening tests such as visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, and intraocular pressure.
  • Administer diagnostic tests as instructed by the optometrist, such as retinal imaging or visual field-testing.
  • Assist with contact lens fittings and instruct patients on proper insertion, removal, and care techniques.
  • Maintain and sterilize optometric instruments and ensure examination rooms are clean and stocked with supplies.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records.
  • Educate patients on eyewear options, lens selection, and frame styling based on prescriptions.
  • Handle billing and insurance processing related to patient visits.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
