Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Transmission and Distribution settlements delivery team
• Manage relationships with stakeholders for efficient billing processes
• Develop and optimize settlement procedures for cost efficiency
• Implement analytics solutions to improve billing performance
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of OEB and IESO regulations
• Experience in billing and settlement operations
• Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
• Leadership experience with technical teams
• Familiarity with SAP and meter solutions Maximize billing integrity and customer satisfaction in your role at Hydro One.
