In this full-time management role, you will play a pivotal part in embedding financial discipline within customer planning and execution. With 6-9 years of experience in sales finance, you will partner closely with sales and account leaders to ensure financial accuracy while maintaining strong governance over trade spend. This position demands a keen ability to challenge financial proposals while fostering trust within teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Own P&Ls, analyzing monthly profitability by customer and channel • Build forecasts for discounts, rebates, and promotions • Maintain trade-spend governance and compliance oversight • Collaborate on annual budgets and promotional calendars • Establish routines for claims and deductions resolution
Requirements: • 6-9 years in finance roles in CPG or retail • Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems • Bachelor’s or CPA in Finance or related field • Experience with Costco and similar accounts is a plus • Excellent communicator for non-finance stakeholders
