Togala Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects from pre construction through closeout. This role provides leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships and strong project controls.The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in guiding teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.What you’ll do• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution • Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement • Support and lead Superintendents and project teams • Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships • Oversee cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks • Lead project closeout, handover, and post project reviewsWhat you bringEducation • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferredExperience • 10 plus years of experience in construction project management • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven experience managing large, complex, or high value projectsProject Type • Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects • Familiar with multiple delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated SumTechnical Knowledge • Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and cost controls • Experience with project management and document control systems • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detailTechnical Skills • Procore • Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools • Microsoft Excel • Contract management, RFIs, submittals, change management, and reporting softwareLeadership & Communication • Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams • Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills • Ability to make clear, timely decisionsOrganization & Accountability • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills • Results driven with a high level of accountability • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureWhy work at TogalaTogala is built for people who want to grow, not just fill a role.
