Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage social media and email campaigns, customer surveys, and client communications.
  • Craft and execute content strategies that engage, educate, and inspire our target audience.
  • Lead content creation and distribution in digital, print, and event marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand our solutions and target audience, ensuring that marketing efforts effectively communicate our value proposition and address customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and operational leaders within the company to extract insights and expertise that can be transformed into compelling marketing content.
  • Work with local and national business development teams to support all business development efforts.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience within a contracting and/or trade services environment is a definite preference.
  • Experience building digital marketing campaigns and schedules.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce (CRM), and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a bonus.
  • Experience with data repositories and customer segmentation/profiling.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects/initiatives at once.
  • Portfolio of accomplishments in marketing campaigns, communications, or business proposals.
