Position Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled Staff Level Smart Contracts Developer with extensive experience in Smart Contracts and Solidity. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity, understanding of common ERC standards and design patterns, and a strong background in software development and blockchain fundamentals.

Summary of Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Smart Contracts and Solidity.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity.
  • Understanding of common ERC standards and design patterns.
  • Strong programming skills in other languages such as JavaScript, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with the Foundry development toolchain.
  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and familiarity with Cosmos SDK and CometBFT/Tendermint.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define smart contract requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts.
  • Optimize smart contract code for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and smart contract development practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
