The result: innovative institutions engage their modern learners for life, while providing modern administrators with the tool needed to streamline workflows and drive high efficiency.Learn how Modern Campus is leading the modern learner‑to‑earner movement at moderncampus.com and follow us on LinkedIn.What’s the role?The Senior Account Director, Enterprise serves as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for Modern Campus’ largest and most complex clients—typically university systems and multi‑campus institutions.You’ll manage executive relationships, ensure retention and growth across product lines, and present a coordinated vision as a holistic partner across products, addressing the goal of removing silos across account management and product support. This role requires strong consultative skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving measurable impact across the higher ed ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Own and deepen relationships with enterprise‑level clients (e.g., systems, consortia, multi‑college networks).Partner with CIOs, Provosts, and other executives to align institutional goals with Modern Campus’ platform solutions.Drive renewals and revenue growth through strategic expansion and cross‑sell initiatives.Lead account planning, business reviews, and forecasting using Salesforce.Collaborate cross‑functionally with CSM, Product, and Services to deliver client success and advocacy.Drive efficiencies to optimize and grow profitability/contribution margin.Collaborate with institutional partners to publish case studies for sales enablement and attend or co‑present at industry events.Stay current on higher ed and EdTech trends to position Modern Campus as a trusted partner.What you offer…10+ years of enterprise account management or SaaS client success experience, preferably in higher education.Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive multi‑product growth.Strong consultative, communication, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset and strategic thinking with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.What we offer…Base salary: $110,000* + variable compensation tied to growth and retention.Remote first workplace and flexible PTO– must be located in North America.Rewards and recognition programs.RRSP/401(K) with employer match.Learning and development opportunities.You will make a difference every day for universities trying to grow and students trying to learn.*Our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hires for the position within the US and Canada.
