Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs across multiple product lines and technology platforms. This role requires strong program leadership, deep technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Own and drive the full lifecycle of large-scale digital programs, from ideation through execution, across multiple technology stacks.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, Compliance teams, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver digital capabilities.Technical Oversight: Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.Agile Delivery & Governance: Lead Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure sprint objectives are consistently met across distributed squads.Risk & Compliance Management: Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirements.Client Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centric design and drive measurable improvements in customer experience, engagement, and platform adoption.Metrics & Executive Reporting: Define KPIs, monitor program health, and present clear, executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.Squad & Resource Management: Provide hands-on leadership in squad management, estimation planning, and resource utilization optimization.QualificationsExperience & Education10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within financial services or fintech environments5+ years of experience supporting client-facing digital platformsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMBA, PMP, or CSM certification is a plusTechnical & Professional SkillsStrong understanding of digital transformation, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architecturesProven experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs with cross-functional teamsExpertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps pipelinesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, FINRA) and data governance standardsPreferred AttributesExperience with large-scale online trading, wealth management, or employee equity platformsPassion for building secure, intuitive, and scalable digital experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities
