Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Dean for program goals
• Oversee the development of new academic programs
• Coordinate industry partnerships and community engagement
• Manage faculty performance and professional development
• Lead curriculum evaluation and curriculum review processes
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 9 years of progressive administrative experience
• Teaching experience in post-secondary education
• Expertise in aviation or aerospace training preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills Foster excellence and collaboration as the Associate Dean at Fanshawe College, overseeing academic success and industry relationships.
