CIHI is seeking a Project Lead for its Analytic Techniques and Tools department, specializing in simulation modeling. This contract role requires leadership in overseeing data analytics initiatives, guiding project teams, and managing stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in microsimulation modeling and extensive experience with health administrative datasets.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met • Coordinate all aspects of the data lifecycle for health analytics projects • Supervise the development of reports, indicators, and information products • Champion methodological rigor and coordinate quality assurance processes • Engage stakeholders, including data providers and academic experts
Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus • Minimum of 5 years in health data analytics and 1-3 years supervisory experience • Strong skills in project management tools and programming languages • Experience with microsimulation models and health data practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
