Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote and on-site technical diagnostics
• Coach dealer technicians for skill enhancement
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Recommend improvements for service operations
• Document and report on dealer performance issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical service or dealership operations
• Relevant technical certification or degree
• Valid auto driver's license
• Strong understanding of Yamaha products preferred
