Condominium Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to manage a book of business, provide exceptional client service, and collaborate with producers to obtain and expand business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage renewal book of business while adhering to best practices and standard procedures.
- Collaborate with producers and Condo Insurance staff on client service, marketing, and renewal efforts.
- Develop account plans in advance of renewals and maintain a high retention rate.
- Provide timely responses to clients and partners and coordinate plans for existing clients.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities, contributing to departmental production goals.
- Prepare proposals for prospects and stewardship reviews, as well as manage account documentation.
- Review clients' current coverage, exposures, loss experience, and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
- Participate in cross-sell campaigns and other initiatives, actively develop knowledge of related insurance products, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience required.
- R.I.B.O. license required; C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation(s) preferred.
- Client development/relationship management experience, solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages.
- Ability to mentor others, negotiate effectively, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC.
