If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with confidential information, this role is for youPlease note: this is a 5-6 month opportunity, possibility of an extension or conversion.What you’ll do:In this role, you’ll be an essential support to the HR team, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate assistance while maintaining compliance and organization.Benefits & Disability AdministrationReview, process, and file benefits-related paperworkSend disability paperwork to employees and complete employer portions as requiredTrack and follow up on benefits enrollment and outstanding documentationProvide ongoing disability updates and communicate with leaders as neededEmployee Documentation & ComplianceCreate employment verification lettersTrack and follow up on work permits and related documentationMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsHR Operations SupportRespond to general benefits and payroll inquiries received through the HR inboxSupport job description migration projectsFile and organize HR paperwork within the secure file room (as capacity allows)What We’re Looking ForExperience in HR administration, benefits, payroll support, or a related roleStrong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationExcellent written communication and follow-up skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with HR systems, documentation, and shared inboxesA collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindsetWhat’s in it for you?Be a key contributor to employee experience and HR operationsWork in a structured, supportive environmentGain hands-on exposure to benefits, disability, and payroll processesAccess to thousands of learning opportunities through myKelly.A pay rate of $23-$26/hrThis posting is for a current openingWhy Kelly®?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
