The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System and its seamless integration with Salesforce. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to implement, customize, and optimize nCino solutions that support key banking operations and enhance overall efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Implementation and CustomizationLead the implementation of nCino solutions in alignment with organizational requirements.Customize and configure nCino applications to improve functionality, user experience, and process effectiveness.Manage core nCino features such as loan origination, deposit account opening, and customer relationship management (CRM).Integration and System MaintenanceIntegrate nCino with Salesforce and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain peak system performance.Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration details, workflows, and operational procedures.Process Optimization and Continuous ImprovementEvaluate existing banking and financial processes to identify areas for enhancement using nCino capabilities.Collaborate with business teams to streamline workflows, increase automation, and enhance operational efficiency.Monitor system usage, performance, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement of the nCino platform.Project ManagementManage nCino-related projects from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and business adoption of solutions.
