You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesLease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finishAssess prospective tenants’ needs and provide property recommendationsConduct property tours and negotiate lease termsPrepare and finalize lease agreementsCoordinate move-ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenantsStay informed about local rental market trendsSchedule appointments and follow up with leads promptlyPrepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as neededRespond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and professional mannerGenerate leads through phone outreach, networking, and emailQualificationsExperience and/or interest in real estate (asset)Relevant training or certification in real estate (asset)Verbal and written communication in EnglishStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProfessionalism, integrity, and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsInitiative, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work well under pressureWhat We OfferYoung, collaborative team and a friendly work atmosphereDirect access to management and openness to new ideasComprehensive training providedGroup insurance planBase salary of $45,000 per year, plus commission.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Cornwall, ONExperience: Property management or leasing (preferred)Language: English (required)Avantages :Assurance DentaireAssurance Maladie ComplémentaireAssurance VieAssurance Vision
