Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 2-4 years of post call litigation experience from a recognized Canadian law firm, including experience in complex corporate/commercial litigation, construction litigation and class action defence matters.
  • Above average academics
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
  • Client service orientated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team orientated
  • Canadian qualified
