Branding & Digital Engagement Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Website Rebranding Consultant (or team/agency) to lead a full-scale rebranding initiative for IYS — from discovery to implementation. This project will include brand strategy development, community and youth engagement, and a complete website refresh and migration aligned with the new brand identity.📋 Key ResponsibilitiesPhase I — DiscoveryConduct discovery sessions with Strategic Leadership, Communications teams, and key stakeholders.Facilitate business immersion and identify key informants (youth, families, caregivers, service providers, etc.).Co-create engagement processes and organize focus groups, surveys, and interviews.Perform research and audience analysis to inform brand strategy.Phase II — Draft Framework Delivery & EngagementDevelop and present the draft brand framework (visual identity, messaging, storytelling).Conduct engagement sessions to gather and integrate feedback from key informants.Phase III — Final Framework DeliveryDeliver the final brand framework and brand assets.Develop a brand launch and website re-launch plan.Phase IV — Website Rebrand & Platform MigrationExecute a visual refresh of the website aligned with the new brand identity.Oversee technical migration to the permanent content management system (CMS).Ensure youth and family participation during user testing and implementation.🧠 Mandatory Skills & QualificationsProven track record in branding, rebranding, and brand strategy projects (portfolio required).Expertise in visual identity design, digital branding, and storytelling.Strong understanding of youth and community engagement practices (especially involving Indigenous, Black, newcomer, and 2SLGBTQ+ youth).Experience in website design and platform migration (CMS expertise preferred).Strong project management skills — ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.About TechiosoftTechiosoft is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process services.
