We are looking for a ECM Architect for one of our clients Responsibilities:Lead architectural design for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, with a strong focus on FileNet, CMOD, and related platforms.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical architectures.Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including integration with enterprise systems.Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and propose modernization or optimization strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders including IT leadership, project managers, and vendor partners.Prepare architectural documentation, design specifications, and technical roadmaps.Required Skills & Experience:12+ years of experience working with ECM platforms in large enterprise environments.Strong hands-on expertise with IBM FileNet (priority), IBM CMOD, and ECM frameworks.Proven experience architecting solutions within banking or financial services.Solid background in solution design, system integrations, workflows, and content lifecycle management.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
