Senior Manager, I&T T&O Finance Performance Management

Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, I&T T&O Finance Performance Management will provide financial and strategic advice and analysis to the Borealis team within Innovation & Technology. What you will do? Responsible for production and presentation of accurate and relevant monthly management reporting packages; Responsible for Forecasting, planning and analysis including for key performance indicators; Identification and escalation of opportunities and risks to achievement of stated financial targets; Ensure appropriate cost allocation methods are applies and end-to-end transparency from NIE of the service group to allocations to segments and platform; Foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency and accountability; Contribute to the development of business cases and PARs / SOWs as well as review of investment / spend decisions and prioritization; Partner with Financial Control to ensure effective controls and governance oversight Promote mindset of continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to standardize, automate and free‑up capacity for value‑add analysis and insights Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and information requests as required. What do you need to succeed? Must Have 5+ years work experience gained through a varied working career including positions in numerous facets of RBC or another financial institution Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Excellent collaborative skills with the ability to establish strong relationships at all levels across the enterprise, work effectively in a matrix model and leverage global resources to achieve objectives Strong oral and written communication skills Solid knowledge / previous experience in financial reporting / analysis and expense / cost management Proven planning, organizational and problem solving skills Proactive self-starter with strong client focus, intellectual curiosity and growth mindset Ability to deal with competing priorities and tight deadlines Nice to Have CA, CMA, CGA, MBA, CFA or equivalent Experience with data visualization tools Comfort dealing with large and complex data Knowledge of RBC organization structure, financial systems and processes Job Skills Accounting, Business Analytics, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Decision Making, Financial Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Interpersonal Relationships Additional Job Details Address: RBC WATERPARK PLACE, 88 QUEENS QUAY W:TORONTO City: Toronto Country: Canada Work hours/week: 37.5 Employment Type: Full time Platform: OFFICE OF THE CFO Job Type: Regular Pay Type: Salaried Posted Date: 2025-11-21 Application Deadline: 2025-12-07 Note Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the application deadline date above Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Employment At RBC, we believe an inclusive workplace that has diverse perspectives is core to our continued growth as one of the largest and most successful banks in the world.
