Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting during the batch delivery
- Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily inspections of overseas service center and maintenance center.
- Feedback on product quality issues and resolve them with CQM tools.
- Responsible for customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
- Design the product troubleshooting guide base on the local customers' requirement.
- Assist Commercial engineer to manage the spare parts
Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.
- Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.
- Accept travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in English
