We are currently seeking two NPs to join our dynamic Orthopaedic Surgery team, delivering comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs across the continuum of elective and non‑elective orthopedic surgical care.Practicing within a collaborative, team‑based model, the NP will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons – who are the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) for surgical care – and interprofessional colleagues to deliver seamless, patient‑centered care from admission through to discharge or transfer. The NP plays a key role in assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients across the continuum of elective and non‑elective orthopaedic care. Responsibilities include participating in daily rounds, coordinating discharge planning and transitions of care, consulting with medical subspecialties, and supporting community reintegration.
