As a Senior UX Designer at Nascent, you can come into a project that’s not clear, and help the team and the client see what needs to be created. Your strengths are with research and UX, but you can still pull together design interfaces for devs that lead to quality builds.

Can you help us:


Problem solve

  • By helping us understand the problem though research, interviewing, audits, market and data analysis, and pull together insights and reports
  • By representing the research at a professional level to clients, showing that we did our diligence


Define the user experience

  • By helping us define what’s the right thing to build, through user testing
  • You can create testing plans for moderated and unmoderated testing
  • You can help get clear insights from users by facilitating testing sessions
  • You can help the client understand the results by packaging up the observations and recommendations in a clear and concise way
  • By visualizing what the interaction should be, though wireframes and prototypes


Design the user interface

  • By designing using best practices and understanding design patterns for web and mobile, so developers can build without encountering issues


Facilitate

  • By explaining things in a clear and logical way to help others understand the 'why'
  • By leading a team of people through design processes and ensuring collaboration


Some things we’re looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years experience working in UX design
  • Certification: Research/UX or equivalent
