Join TELUS Digital as the Director of CX AI Delivery, leading transformative customer experience initiatives. Contribute your expertise in AI and contact center solutions for measurable impact. In this remote-first role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio valued at ~$15-20M while guiding a global team of delivery, product, and engineering leaders. Your focus will be on driving client engagement through strategic governance, while adopting AI capabilities in an iterative manner that accelerates value delivery. Emphasizing proactive risk management, you will stabilize programs and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as primary strategic advisor for client executives
• Drive commercial success with Quarterly Business Reviews
• Identify and explore organic growth opportunities
• Lead a multidisciplinary global team across multiple workstreams
• Manage vendor partnerships for tailored client solutions

Requirements:
• 10+ years in technology, 4+ in senior leadership
• Proven success in managing a $10M+ client portfolio
• Experience with AI applications in CX
• Hands-on delivery with leading CCaaS platforms
