The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering inclusivity in marketing, fluent in cultural nuances, and adept at devising breakthrough strategies that resonate with various ethnic segments in Canada.
Position Overview
As our Senior Strategist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multicultural marketing strategies for our clients. Your primary goal is to ensure insights and strategy are effectively developed and utilized in brand campaign planning to effectively connect with and engage ethnic audiences across Canada, contributing to brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive multicultural marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
Market Research & Insights
- Collaborate with research teams to gather and analyze data, turning insights into actionable plans.
Client Consultation
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them understand opportunities and best practices in multicultural marketing.
- Present recommendations and campaign performance results to senior executives and stakeholders.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure messaging, visuals, and overall branding reflect cultural authenticity and relevance.
- Provide cultural insights to guide art directors, copywriters, and other creative partners in producing culturally sensitive and impactful materials.
- Thought Leadership & Training
- Stay updated on emerging multicultural marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and share findings with internal teams and clients.
- Engage with industry leaders and organizations through conferences, panels, and networking events to position the company as a thought leader.

Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within a multicultural or ethnic marketing context.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing large-scale marketing campaigns targeting diverse audiences in Canada.
- Deep understanding of Canada's cultural landscape, consumer behavior, and key drivers of engagement among ethnic communities.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, consumer insights, and market research.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong leadership qualities and collaborative mindset to work effectively across various teams.
