The Business Analyst with Scrum master expertise, will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex. As a BA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital operations by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the enhancement of our digital platforms. Your scrum master skills will drive successful project delivery.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of project initiatives.
  • Ensure timely execution and adherence to project milestones. Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, and QA testers to ensure successful implementations.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Conduct all the scrum ceremonies and run the scrum team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on eCommerce or digital transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce projects on time and within budget.
  • Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Good understanding of web applications and development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
