Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverablesMentor and guide a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design are followedConduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and performance standards are metTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient project executionStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processesCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions

Required skills

Degree in computer science, engineering or related fieldProven experience (5+ years) in software development with a solid understanding of software engineering principlesExperience in leading and managing development teamsProficiency in Java and Typescript programming languages with Springboot and NodeJS/Express.JS frameworksProficiency in the Vue.JS front-end frameworkSolid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)Knowledge of Rabbit MQ - an assetFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools - an assetGood communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be French or English-speaking
