Senior Recruiter

On behalf of our client in the Telco Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Senior Recruiter – Job Description

  • Sourcing, assessing & interviewing qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools and techniques

  • Candidate offers negotiations, pre-closing candidates during screening, and selling EVP (employee value proposition)

  • Timely and complete communication with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a professional image and demeanor

  • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation, transaction processing and system updates as they pertain to recruiting activities

  • Re-writing/finetuning/polishing job descriptions before posting using high attention to detail to attract talent

Senior Recruiter – Mandatory Skills

  • Must have Prior Corporate Recruiting experience (in house recruiting vs agency recruiting)

  • Strong candidate sourcing skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships

  • Stong customer service skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Proven strong time management, planning and priority management skills

  • Strong computer skills which include the ability to work well with various computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Technology or telecommunications industry recruiting preferred
