Senior Data Integration Developer

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Data Integration Developer.

Senior Data Integration Developer – Job Description

  • Performs product design tasks of a complex nature

  • Works directly with the client to recommend, develop, document and implement system solutions to business

  • May supervise people The Software Developer will be part of a team responsible for building out and maintaining the enterprise processes/code

  • Design extract, transform and load (ETL) software components

  • Develop and Test ETL software using Azure Cloud, HiveQL, PySpark, SAS, Unix Shell Scripts

  • The role will support migration of existing code to PySpark and ensure testing of new code works on Azure Cloud environment

  • Document developed code and operational procedures

  • Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of processes/code of moderate size/complexity
