Job Skills / Requirements

Position: Mobile Patrol
City: St. Thomas Division
Status: Full Time Temporary
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hr - based on waged progression
Hours: 2000 - 0800hr
Week #1 - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week #2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

In this role, you will be responsible for:
•Responding to alarms and service calls
•Conducting property inspections
•Guard supervision
•Assisting with scheduling
•Client liaison
•Vehicle maintenance

This position entails professionalism, communication, time management, critical thinking, analytical skills, proper procedure, and documentation.

Requirements:
•Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years
•Must possess a valid Ontario Security Licence
•Must provide drivers abstract. No more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years
•Previous security experience is an asset
•Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
•Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
•Superior written and verbal communication skills
•Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
•First Aid, CPR Level C
•Standard First Aid, CPR Level C

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid G Licence
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
