  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areasSupport for newcomers and refugees
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for mature workers
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
