We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 15 years of experience in geotechnical related work to join our Englobe Edmonton office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical oversight for project management and delivery of geotechnical investigations and analysis for engineering studies.
    • Write and/or review geotechnical reports, specifications, and other deliverables for a variety of geotechnical projects.
    • Design project specific field investigation programs and laboratory testing programs to meet deliverable requirements.
    • Conduct slope stability analysis, shallow and deep foundation designs, settlement analyses, and geotechnical assessments.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and foster client relationships throughout the project life cycle.
  • Requirements:
    • University degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
    • 15 years of solid Geotechnical engineering experience in geotechnical related work.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide technical management to a team of engineers and technicians.
    • Strong technical writing ability and excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of Canadian Standards and familiarity with local and regional geology.
