  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Summer hours: Monday-Thursday 6:15am-3:30pm, Friday 7am-12pm
  • Opportunities available for welders without degrees or newly graduated individuals without experience
  • Possibility of permanent position with benefits after probationary period


Responsibilities:

  • Performing hand soldering of electronic components, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 and J-STD00 standards
  • Inspecting and touching up components using a microscope
  • Reworking assemblies, including fine pitch components, in accordance with IPC 7711/7721 standard
  • Demonstrating rework skills with soldering and hot air equipment


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of electronic welding or assembly experience, including rework
  • Experience with SMT and thruhole rework
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Knowledge of IPC-A610, J-STD001, and IPC 7711/7721 standards
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual
  • Capable of daily commute to Coteau-du-Lac and working summer hours
