Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner
  • Interact with clients and the public in a professional and effective manner
  • Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
