Resident Care Assistant Opportunity at Rosecrest Communities

Rosecrest Communities is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Assistant to join our team at The Magnolia in Enfield, Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents
  • Facilitate recreation activities and promote social interaction
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with laundry
  • Assist residents with their daily needs and promote independence

Requirements:

  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification (CCA)
  • Registered with the CCA Registry in Nova Scotia
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents and families
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to problem solve
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
