Seeking Full Time Nanny for Newborn

Job Highlights:

- Flexible full time weekday hours: 35-40 hours per week (e.g., 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm etc.) plus option of additional shift on occasion depending on your availability

- Live In and Live Out options available

- Competitive compensation according to live-in/live-out agreement, as well as qualifications and experience.

- Centrally located near the Civic Hospital.

- Caring for calm newborn; at least one parent will be home/working from home for the majority of the time

- No driving or travel requirements.

- Start date: as early as mid May.

Nanny Responsibilities:

- Provide high quality care for a newborn, including assisting with feeding, soothing, diaper changes

- Contribute to a safe, caring, and nurturing environment

- Assist with household tasks, such as light cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, and laundry

Nanny Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

- Must currently reside in Canada (ideally in Ottawa/Montreal vicinity) and available for in-person interview prior to hire

- Immigration-related sponsorship can be an option if already in Canada as a nanny

- Experience caring for newborn required (ideally at least 6 months; preference given to related formal training

- Calm, nurturing, conscientious, consistent

- Good communication skills

- Vulnerable Sector Police check

- CPR course for children/infants either active or to be completed by the first 2 months of hire

- CV and references required
