We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Engineer to join our team at Epik Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data and bioinformatics pipeline verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and execute verification tests for bioinformatics pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bioinformatics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality bioinformatics tools and software.
  • Provide expert-level support for bioinformatics-related projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and computational biology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in working with NGS data and bioinformatics pipeline verification.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java and bash.
  • Experience with AWS and Linux Shell.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
