• Zoning and Stock Rotation: Ensure efficient stock rotation and customer flow by zoning the department.
• Product Quality and Safety: Rotate stock, check for expired products, and maintain high-quality merchandise to ensure customer safety.
• Merchandise Management: Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with orders, slicing and preparing merchandise, and answering questions.
• Support Functions: Assist front-end associates with price checks and provide support as needed.
• Food Preparation: Prepare deli food orders, utilizing slicers, stackers, and other utensils to ensure high-quality products.
• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of debris and foreign objects.
