About This Role
As a key member of our team at CAE, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our flight simulators.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at the CAE Toronto Aviation Training centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily pre-training checks to ensure the simulator is in good working condition.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the simulator's performance and reliability.
• Review discrepancies and determine appropriate action to clear discrepancy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily visual setup and calibration to ensure accurate simulation.
• Brief / debrief flight crews on daily simulator status, providing clear and concise information.
• Make customer-specific configuration changes to meet the needs of our clients.
• Enter and keep current deficiency reports in our database, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with the simulator maintenance supervisor to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of the simulator.
