SECRETARY- RECEPTIONISTThe Lac La Ronge Indian Band Education Department is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time, permanent position based out of the LLRIB Band Office in La Ronge, SK.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general office secretarial/receptionist duties, including directing calls and handling inquiries from students and the public.
- Provide administrative support, including typing, photocopying, faxing, and composing letters from general instructions.
- Training in Office Administration/Office Education, with related experience considered.
- Experience in Secretarial/Receptionist duties.
- Strong background in computers essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak Cree a definite asset.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
- The opportunity to serve the Lac La Ronge Indian Band community.
