Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a department store or general merchandise environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
