Adecco is currently seeking applications for a Tool and Die/CNC Associate position within a leading Tier One supplier of welded automotive component parts. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in machining complex, high-tolerance components and should be adept at working with minimal supervision. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are crucial for success in this role. Candidates with a background in a manufacturing environment are preferred, and a valid Tool & Die Maker license is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of routine die maintenance programs
  • Support trouble report countermeasure activities
  • Strive to meet both external and internal customer quality requirements
  • Utilize all shop equipment and hand tools related to the tooling trade
  • Engage in mass production level-up and die modification flow
  • Ensure dies are performing at the expected level

Requirements:

  • College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Tool & Die Design knowledge
  • Valid Tool & Die Maker license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tool & Dies
  • CAD experience
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • CNC Programmer/Operator experience
